The role

As a Founders Associate, you’ll work directly with the CEO and co-founders to accelerate Zenline’s path from early traction to repeatable scale. This is a high-ownership, generalist role: you’ll identify the biggest bottlenecks each week, run tight execution loops, and turn what you learn into repeatable playbooks.

You will operate across growth, RevOps, and commercial operations (and occasionally special projects) — with a bias toward shipping outcomes over slides.

What you’ll do

• Build & test go-to-market loops: define hypotheses, run experiments (messaging, channels, ICP, offers), measure results, and double down on what works.
• Build our proof of value engine: define what “value” means per use case, create lightweight ROI models, and turn successful pilots into repeatable case studies, benchmarks, and sales collateral.
• Craft high-signal outreach: write thoughtful messaging and run targeted outbound campaigns; use AI tools (incl. LLMs) to go beyond generic cold emails and start real conversations.
• Improve our growth engine: help set up and iterate the tooling and process behind sourcing, sequences, follow-ups, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.
• RevOps automation (bonus): find cost- and time-efficient ways to automate repetitive GTM work (enrichment, routing, follow-ups, dashboards).
• Founder special projects: jump on whatever is most important to win the week (customer research, market mapping, partner outreach, internal process improvements).

Who we’re looking for

• Experience: internships or early experience in MBB, high-performing startups, VC, or similarly fast-paced environments.
• Skills: structured problem solving, excellent writing, comfort with data (Excel/Sheets; basic SQL a plus), and the ability to iterate fast.
• Attitude: high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by moving quickly with minimal direction.
• Nice to have: familiarity with CRM/RevOps stacks and basic automation (Zapier/Make, scripting, workflow tools).
